Police are appealing for witnesses following a fatal road traffic collision in Stoke Gifford last night (Tuesday 19th January). At approximately 9.40pm, a Vauxhall Astra was in collision with a pedestrian on Hatchet Road. Sadly, the pedestrian, a 28-year-old woman, died at the scene as a result of her injuries. A Stoke Gifford grandmother has died after suffering a broken neck in a bus accident in Filton last week, reports the Bristol Post.
