Planning permission renewed on proposed £100m office complex

The developer of a proposed new £100m office complex earmarked for a site at the rear of Parkway Station has successfully re-applied for outline planning permission. The original planning consent for the development, which could provide space for up to 2,000 workers, was granted in 2016, but it expired in June this year. Work gets under way on new £100m office development behind Parkway Station

Work has started on a new £100m, 160,000 sq ft corporate office development on Hunts Ground Road, opposite the park and ride site at the rear of Parkway Station. Developer Ashfield Land was granted planning permission for the scheme (now being marketed as ‘The Approach‘) by South Gloucestershire Council (SGC) in June last year. Contractor ISG is carrying out the site clearance
